probleme essaie gratuit

Bonjour, j’ai appuyer sur l’essaie gratuit mais ça m’a débiter 17,99€ et cela depuis 3 jours, l’abonnement ne fonctionne même pas, je ne comprend pas comment se fait il que je sois débiter hors que c’est un essaie gratuit ? Merci de m’aider !
