Deezer on Alexa plays just one track in favourite

Hello,

Every time I wanna play music on Deezer with Alexa I wanna use "Alexa play my favourite on Deezer" I get the answer "playing favourite tracks on Deezer" but it's always the same song over and over.

I have tried "alexa next song" and I get "this is the last song on the playlist"

I have hundreds of tracks liked…

 

I use a premium account, I have tried to disable the skill on alexa side, I have tried to reset all my stations, nothing works…

 

I cant see myself use Deezer in these conditions…

Please send help 😅

Hello ​@Cosmovoli 😊, just a quick note: Favorites are now called Library, so Alexa may respond better to updated commands. Please try:  Alexa, play my library on Deezer or Alexa, shuffle my library on Deezer

Also, a few quick checks:

  • Make sure Deezer is set as default in the Amazon Alexa app
  • Disable & re-enable the Deezer skill, then log back in
  • Test with a playlist: Alexa, play my playlist on Deezer
  • Check your tracks appear under Library in Deezer (you can also remove/add a track to refresh)

If it still plays only one track, it may be a sync issue, so please contact support 👉 https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new with some more details such as account info, Alexa device model, etc.
